Abstract

OPC UA als der Standard der Industrie 4.0 bietet neben der standardisierten Kommunikation die Möglichkeit der Informationsmodellierung. Diese erlaubt, dass Information zur Laufzeit ausgelesen wird. Standardisierte, domänenspezifische Informationsmodelle auf Basis von OPC UA erhöhen die Interoperabilität durch eine einheitliche Modellierung ähnlicher Anwendungen. In diesem Artikel werden die Konzepte der Informationsmodellierung vorgestellt und auf Werkzeugunterstützung zur Erstellung der Modelle und darauf basierender Anwendungen eingegangen.
