Abstract

As a result of the development of the single European market, a dynamic increase of extensive industry and logistics areas occurs. The essential locational factors are an advantageous connection to the trunk road system, extremely short periods concerning the settlement and the startup, and low costs of the location. On the one hand, managing the rainwater drain in a decentral way relieves the public infrastructure (no hydraulical overcharge), on the other hand, it allows to realize basic interests, like a prompt startup, cost saving construction and cost-saving operating (rainwater charge is not applicable).
