Easy Commissioning of Software Controllers on PLC

Abstract

Functions for closed loop control and motion control increase in their meaning in the development of PLC. The closed loop control basic components are implemented as compact PID controllers in software. The quality of these software compact controllers is determined by automatic commissioning. It is a disadvantage that the automatic tuning of the controller must often be adjusted now. This decides on success or failure. Therefore automatic methods which carry out all parameters without users are required in the practice. By the combination of two methods the manual preparations for the automatic commissioning are dropped now.
