Abstract

Context-sensitive user interfaces promise to further increase the usability of mobile universal user interfaces for maintenance tasks. A model-based architecture is presented that describes a systematic approach for the development of such user interfaces. This architecture defines three core-models that support the description of the user interface at different levels of abstraction and allows the adaptation of the user interface during run-time.
