Abstract

This paper presents a concept to automate the programming of processing machines. The aim is the shortening of the engineering process, for which typical control architectures can be used. The focus is on the digital models of the production processes and goods as well as on the general methodology. The approach is suitable for programmable logic controllers (PLC) and for robot controls and uses AutomationML in combination with Eclipse Vorto for the modelling of the processing machines.
