This paper explores the process analysis and identification of “waste” in plant engineering, focusing on the DIAMOND
framework as an enabler for efficient digitalization of the entire process. The study aims to identify and mitigate inefficiencies and waste in engineering processes. The research employs a comprehensive methodological approach, including data collection, analysis, and the application of digital tools to streamline operations.
